byron fudge grew up in the small town of norris arm, newfoundland. while attending memorial university in newfoundland, he grew a passion for writing and filmmaking, taking inspiration from such filmmakers like wes anderson, kevin smith, richard kelly, and gus van sant. so he took the next step, moved to the other side of canada, and attended vancouver film school. while at film school, he directed two films, a documentary entitled 'brickhouse : a band at home' and the short drama 'the last confession'. the latter project helped begin the creative partnership with his new producing partner, cody bown. they've been working together ever since. after graduating, byron took a position in the vancouver film industry, working on many of the big budget films that came through town. now with forest lawn up and going, it is now his turn to start making films of his own and put a mark in vancouver's film scene.
